Rachael focuses her practice on workers’ compensation, personal injury, wills, and trusts. While in law school Rachael served a law clerk with the Portage County Prosecutor’s Office and Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office. She also served as a law clerk at a small civil litigation firm focusing on personal injury cases. Rachael graduated Cum Laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She served as a Research Editor on the Journal of Law and Health and Vice President of the Jewish Law Student Association. Rachael focused her studies on criminal law, and published a note about the death penalty titled Quit the Botching, Ohio: Exploring the Flaws with the Ohio Execution Protocol and the Need for Change, 29 J.L. & HEALTH (2015) (publication pending).
